· strong academic record (at least bachelor’s degree), desirably in finance/economics

· at least 3 year experience in audit or ts

· knowledge of financial accounting, valuation methodology and techniques

· understanding of rap/us gaap/ifrs

· acca/cfa certificates would be a plus

· excellent written and spoken english

· good analytical skills

· good team player

· strong motivation for further professional development

· strong interpersonal skills.

· taking part in different stages of the due diligence projects:

o data collection on potential parties of the transaction

o preparation of financial projections and valuation

o market info gathering and analysis

o preparation of parts of information memorandum and teaser

o data room preparation
