· in depth knowledge of advanced geological disciplines tools (sequence stratigraphy, facies and sedimentological analysis et.All), especially concerning rock properties and their predictions

· routinely perform complex seismic interpretation projects

· understanding of cross disciplines (seismic, petrophysics/rockphysics)

· ready to promote innovated approaches to solve the major tasks of the projects

· able to fill in as technical pre-sales support

· routine contact with clients before and during a project

· mentor to all levels of project geoscientists

· teaching a class

· papers and presentations in regional and international journals and conferences (publication list if available)

· project leadership
