- at least q few years experience on scm managerial position with international company (preferably on consumer electronics or fmcg market)
- good knowledge of logistic and scm
necessary skills: data-driven management, wide-range scope , communicate with others in moderate
fluent english
ability to travel frequently
proactive character: result oriented, logical thinking, aggressive attitude to new target, balanced sense, better communication with related colleagues and vendors, quick and concrete action to the any problem, ready for intensive business travelling, good self-organization

Должностные обязанности:
Tv business planning department

main functions:
(scm)
- to re-shuffle / synchronize the delivery for psi demand
- to watch the dairy delivery of finish goods(of own factory and local vendors)
- to monitor the delivery of the key part for local production at the local vendors by the communication
with the hq production control dept.
- to follow-up the delivery in time to local vendors
- to control the po issuing to all vendors , and manage the po achievement
- to dispatch the truck to pick-up cargo to odm vendors as per dairy production plan
- to set-up the visual scheme for the procurement/delivery of the key-part to local vendors

(inventory control)
- to calculate the best procurement plan to secure and maximize the sales plan
- to control the procurement qty of finish goods(of own factory and local vendors) by the negotiation with vendors
- to estimate the inventory level always
- to build-up the visual scheme for inventory estimation
