preferably good knowledge of business correspondence.
good pc user.
fluent in english.


main duties:
answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate employees.
book meeting rooms per an employee request.
greet guests at the reception desk, inform employees on guest arrival and escort them to a reserved meeting room. Offer guests beverages.
to support the existing business activities: to keep payment, delivery, claim tracing as well as to assist all the arising issues if any.
to study and collect market and competitors information from magazines, exhibitions, internet resources and personal connections.
to make appointments, participate in negotiations; go on business trips when required.
to coordinate and assist business relations with potential customers to find possibility of a new business chance.
