Цель: Развитие большого золотого месторождения в Египте, а так же нескольких месторождений в России.

Опыт работы: от 15-20 лет, 10 из которых в топ-менеджменте. Опыт работы на международном уровне в горнодобывающей промышленности, работы на ключевой должности старшего помощника/заместителя финансового директора

Обязательные требования: опыт развития месторождений, привлечение новых проектов по первоначальному производству.

Дополнительно: Идеально, если имеется опыт работы с обеспечением финансирования - опыт работы с банками и инвесторами, а так же опыт проведения переговоров и заключения сделок на перспективное создание совместных предприятий, приобретение или отчуждение имущества.

З/П: Базовый оклад + бонусы и прочие привелегии.

our client, a privately held company and headquartered in moscow russia, and is seeking a senior mining executive – for the key role of chief financial officer. Our client’s immediate goal is to develop a large gold copper resource in south central egypt along with several small projects in russia. A cfo will assist wiht merger with a junior from toronto exchange along with fund raising.
this role reports to the ceo but will interact extensively with an experienced board. Developing and managing a small team, key responsibilities include statutory compliance, systems design and implementation together with operational and cost analysis. Your ability to review and improve financial systems and controls will also be essential. Experience with due diligence will be advantageous when dealing with future acquisitions and projects with the board. A degree of travel will be involved to allow for board meetings and site visits.
you’ll be ca/cpa qualified with extensive experience in senior financial roles within the mining industry. Longer term career prospects including potential board appointments exist. A competitive remuneration package is on offer to guide this group to production. While headquartered in moscow russia, the successful candidate must be willing to travel internationally on an as-needed basis to egypt, canada, usa, potentially china. Ideally, the cfo will have experience in: securing financing and in working with investment banks and institutional investors; and negotiating and closing deals on prospective joint ventures, acquisitions or dispositions. Your communication skills will be superior and you will be equally at home on site or in the board room and competent at presenting to the financial community and other stakeholders.

Experience in the development and management of mine operations, including bringing new operations into initial production, is a requirement. Candidates will need to have a university degree in engineering or related field and with English language skills. Russian language fluency is desirable but not required. Remuneration will be commensurate for a senior role of this nature; with a negotiable base salary, and will include appropriate performance incentives, benefits and perks.
