Education and background in accounting and controlling, minimum 5 years of finance experience.
public accounting and/or internal auditing experience is a plus,
excellent experience in budgeting.
knowledge of ras, local tax policy and ifrs.
english fluent.
knowledge of 1c, erp systems knowledge is a plus.
advanced knowledge of ms excel.

Должностные обязанности:
Facilitate and support area and local management,
ensure an efficient and effective system for the production of business plans, budgets, forecasts, performance reports and analysis throughout the area and that these are compliant with group guidelines and principles,
ensure compliance with group accounting as well as russian accounting standards,
identify areas of improvement in business and organization and implement them,
review, evaluate and improve local internal control systems in an economically justifiable manner (e.G. Credit limits),
draw up, compile and present the areas budgets and plans,
provide management information and performance reports for area and local management and the group,
review plans and budgets and advise area and local management,
foster team spirit, enabling growth pollination and optimization of local finance resources
ensure local finance functions will meet standards and pro-actively propose and implement improvements
