Требования:
• university degree with preference to business administration/ finance/statistics/engineering
• knowledge of the russian regulatory requirements and their implementation on insurance business
• at least 3 years relevant experience in the retail bank or insurance company
• fluent english
• excellent communications skills, team player
• flexibility with working hours

Должностные обязанности:
Position objective: to support development and launch of insurance programs for banking products

• identification of the proper insurance programs to be offered within banking products and as separate offer
• preparation of the business plans and business requirements documents
• participation in coordination of all parties (legal, accounting, compliance etc.) for launching a new insurance programs and upgrading existing ones
• verification of the uat results
• preparation of the briefs and providing feedback to the marketing agency on the execution of the marketing materials (in cooperation with marketing communication department)
• respect and fulfillment of various compliance rules and regulations
• permanent training and awareness of employees regarding new features, programs, or updates of the existing ones
• preparation of the marketing materials, tariffs, product programs, procedures and memorandums regulating the products functionality
