Требования:
Oversee the timely initiation, management, and closure of a portfolio of various projects while fostering the adoption of emerging project management maturity initiatives. The senior project manager will be responsible managing critical interdependencies of related projects, and for driving the successful and timely delivery of mission critical initiatives through the use of established project management (pmi) practices and standards set by the project management office (pmo).

Должностные обязанности:
1. project accounting and producing financial reports (budget, actuals, variance)
2. creating project status reports for a range of stakeholder groups: executives, middle management, and project team.
3. librarian - organizing, cataloging, and filing content for easy retrieval by team.
4. administration - enforcing project admin policies (timely timesheets, reporting, etc.), onboarding new team members, and assisting team members with issues with any of the above.

Условия работы:
Individual should know it project lifecycle and associated pmo processes.
• 3-5 years experience
• accounting knowledge
• polished oral and written skills -- needs to be able to be able to sort through the details and crisply synthesize key points in status reports.
• strong proficiency in microsoft office toolset. Excel (needs to be able to import and manipulate spreadsheets to produce desired financial reports), powerpoint (to produce status reports), word, project, & visio. Knowledge of hp ppm tool desirable (but not required).
• individual must be a 'go getter' who thinks and plans ahead and is extremely well organized.
• must be willing to come in early and work late as required (given globally dispersed team, there will be frequent evening and early morning teleconferences).
• financial / hr systems implementation experience with big4 corporations is a plus
