Должностные обязанности:
• provide support to the consultant in all aspects of the search and recruitment process;
• prepare the candidates search plans, define the list of targeted companies;
• identify the names of potential candidates;
• conduct telephone negotiations with the candidates;
• telephone interviewing and preliminary evaluation;
• conduct interviews with the candidates;
• reference checking;
• help the consultant in preparing paperwork.
