Требования:

Должностные обязанности:
- management of the activity of the legal department, personal responsibility for the results of the work of the department;
- coordination of co-operation of the department with other structural subdivisions of the bank;
- complete legal maintenance of the bank’s operations;
- corporate issues, introduction of amendments to constitutional documents, registration of new structural subdivisions;
- working out of draft agreements (including loan agreements, pledge/mortgage agreements, rental agreements) and/or their legal expertise;
- legal analysis and legal expertise of clients’ documents upon crediting and rendering banking services;
- keeping of the register of persons connected with the bank, forwarding of reporting to the central bank of the rf regarding affiliated persons;
- cooperation with state authorities regarding the matters of the bank’s activity;
- any other legal work referring to the bank’s activity.
