University degree (preferably in civil engineering or landscaping)
working experience more than 7 years,
profound knowledge of autocad, word, excell, specialized software,
excellent knowledge of construction norms and specifications,
preferably technical english language (speaking, writing)
a list of completed projects in the same field is required.
mass and balance program knowledge
planning software knowledge
planning of builiding structure knowledge
this man or woman will help the architect. He or she designs the external layout of the site and the architect does the internal of the buildings

Должностные обязанности:
Design of chapters general layout (gp) and general layout and transport (gt) for mostly industrial buildings. Working of drawings related to gl aspects (general layouts, general layouts with dimension, calculation of earth works scope, utility network scheme, explanatory notes),
рreparation of technical tasks and tender documentation, author supervision, control of design subcontractors.
