in executive search (planning, organizing and management),
- has outstanding analytical skills,
- is an experienced user of word and excel.

Должностные обязанности:

As a Consultant he/she will be totally responsible for business results in the frame of the projects that Boyden is carrying for the corporate clients searching, selecting and placing a successful candidate for the nominated position. Consultant is directly reporting to General Manager and is coordinating work of the researchers.
The main responsibilities are:
- organization of the search process,
- contacting with potential candidates and negotiations,
- candidates' interviewing,
- liaising with and reporting to clients,
- ensuring that all projects’ deadlines are met, service quality is maintained and all goals are achieved.
