* skills to create valid test plans without direct help from developers
* understanding of development and qa processes. Ability to build qa from the very beginning.

qa team lead:

requirements: potential candidate must possess:

* 3 years of experience in qa, at least 6 months as a qa manager, or qa group leader.
* practical knowledge of qa processes and technologies, especially in automated regression testing
* skills to create valid test plans without direct help from developers
* good spoken english
* good management, communication skills.
* experience as a qa lead tester.
* understanding of development and qa processes. Ability to build qa from the very beginning.
